Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your order! But if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the returns process as easy as possible.

How long do I have to return an item? Do I need to pay for shipping?

1. We happily accept returns for most new items within 15 days of receipt.
2. Delivery is free for product quality or courier that damage parcel, if because Your subjective preferences, such as color, size, material, etc. you bear return shipping fee.
 
Returning multiple items from different orders in the same package
 
If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you are returning are eligible for a combined label, you can choose to combine all the items in your return. Remember to put all the items you are returning in one package.
 
How do I return an item?
 
1. Log in to your MACAUB account.
 
2. Find the order in My Orders and click the “Return” button.
 
3. Select the item you want to return, indicate the reason, and submit.(If you want to return the product with free shipping due to quality issues, please provide pictures or videos. The deadline for return is the time when you upload the pictures. Half of the payment will be refunded after the deadline.)
 
4.Choose return method: Free shipping, please leave your email and wait for our pickup notice. Please provide the courier’s waybill number for self-return
 
Can I still return an item if it is worn, damaged or the tags have been removed?

1. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
 
2.For returns due to quality issues, please put everything in the package (including broken parts)
 
3.If there are any gifts, please return them together。
 
4.If the product comes into direct contact with the body(such as lipstick), it will not be returned. Special price will not be refunded.
 
IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect the return processing.
 
2. Please be sure to carefully inspect the returned item before sending it. We are not responsible for returns of non-MACAUB items.
 
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact SHEIN customer service within 24 hours of receiving the item.
 

How will I get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will process your request within 5 business days of receiving your return. 

Late or missing refunds

1.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NOTE: Original shipping costs and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.
NOTE: If there is a problem with your return, please contact customer support within 60 days of the order date.
